Yes. You book the vault and we coordinate directly with the recipient for everything — collection scheduling, updates during the process, and the delivery day. You can choose to be present for the reveal moment when the archive is opened together.

A rough idea is enough to start. We'll recommend a vault based on what you tell us, and we can adjust if we discover more or less during collection. You're never locked into a tier before we've assessed the actual collection.
