We come to you anywhere in the Austin metro at a time that suits you — including evenings and weekends. You walk us through what you have. We catalogue and count every item in front of you, and you receive a signed inventory receipt before anything leaves your hands.

We offer free in-home collection across the entire Austin metro — including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Westlake Hills, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Leander, Kyle, Buda, and Manor. If you're outside this list, contact us — we may be able to accommodate.

Yes. If you prefer to bring your collection to us rather than have us collect it, that's perfectly fine. Contact us to arrange a drop-off time. You'll still receive a signed inventory receipt when you hand over your items.

Printed photographs are scanned at a minimum of 600 DPI. Faded, damaged, or small prints are scanned at higher resolutions — up to 1200 DPI — to maximize the detail we can recover. Slides and negatives are scanned at 2400 DPI minimum.

We inspect every item before we begin. If media is too degraded to recover, we tell you before we start — and there is no charge for items we cannot restore. You will never be billed for something we could not save.

Printed photographs, 35mm slides, film negatives, Super 8 reels, VHS, Hi-8, MiniDV, Betamax, and most camcorder tape formats. For Vault Complete clients, we also offer optional consolidation of existing iCloud libraries, Google Photos accounts, and external hard drives into one master archive.

Yes. Every photograph receives colour correction, dust removal, and basic restoration as part of the standard process. For significantly faded or damaged photographs, additional restoration work is included at no extra charge up to the limits of what's recoverable.

When your vault is complete, we send you a private, password-protected download link to your email. You have 30 days to download your archive to any device — your computer, an external hard drive, iCloud, Google Photos, or anywhere else. After 30 days the link expires. We strongly recommend downloading everything the day you receive it.

We retain your files securely for 60 days after the link expires as a safety net. If you need to re-access your archive within that window, contact us and we can reissue a link at no charge. After 60 days, files are permanently deleted from our systems for your privacy.

The cloud link is perfect for most families — free, immediate, and works on any device. The SSD add-on is for those who want something permanent: plug it in at any time, no password, no internet required, no platform to outlive. It's also the easiest thing in the world to hand to a grandchild one day. It's not either/or — many families download from the link and also want the drive.

Yes — as an optional $49 add-on for Vault Plus and Vault Complete. We place your completed, organized archive directly into the iCloud or Google Photos account you already use. No new platform, no new password — just your existing account, with everything organized identically to your vault structure. Client credentials are provided at the time of delivery.

Vault Essentials: your private link is delivered within 7 business days of collection. Vault Plus: 10–14 business days. Vault Complete: a dedicated priority timeline is agreed at the start of your project.

Every vault — regardless of tier — includes complimentary in-home collection anywhere in the Austin metro, professional scanning and restoration, organization by decade and chapter of life, a private cloud link delivered to your inbox (active for 30 days), and the return of every original in person.

Contact us before booking. If your collection exceeds the Essentials or Plus limits, we can recommend Vault Complete or build a custom quote around your exact volume. There's no penalty — we just want to make sure you're on the right tier before we begin.

Contact us to discuss. For larger projects — particularly Vault Complete — we can arrange staged payment that aligns with the milestones of your project. We'd rather find a way to make it work than have a family's memories sit in boxes for another decade.

You receive a signed inventory receipt before anything leaves your home. Your originals never leave the Austin metro — they go directly from your home to our studio and back. We handle one client's collection at a time, so your items are never mixed with anyone else's. Every item is returned in the same or better condition, without exception.

Only the member of our team handling your project. We operate as a private, white-glove studio — not a factory operation. Your collection is never seen by third parties, never uploaded to public services, and never used for any purpose other than creating your vault.

We retain your files for 60 days after your vault is delivered as a safety net in case you need to re-download. After that, all files are permanently and securely deleted from our systems. We don't store your archive long-term — your privacy is more important than our convenience.
